		&lt;p class=&quot;indent&quot;&gt;&lt;p class='indent'&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;- Servicing the larger accounts including monitoring and handling of all HPR Engineering matters;&lt;br /&gt;- Conducts HPR Engineering surveys for the larger and most complex risks; &lt;br /&gt;- Responsible for the analysis and servicing of highly protected risks through risk selection evaluation and the development/maintenance of a profitable client base;&lt;br /&gt;- Develop complete and accurate inspection reports in accordance with HPR Engineering procedures;&lt;br /&gt;- Analyze sprinkler protection, water supply, site supervision, warehousing, flood exposure, and any other special hazards as required;&lt;br /&gt;- Prepare written report outlining all potential hazards, along with HPR diagram for all bound risks;&lt;br /&gt;- Prepare loss prevention report outlining recommended actions to minimize hazards;&lt;br /&gt;- Prepare probable maximum loss (PML) and normal loss expectancy (NLE) estimates, including all applicable coverages;&lt;br /&gt;- Manage all HPR Engineering matters on assigned accounts; and&lt;br /&gt;- Manage the handling of plan review requests. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class='indent'&gt;Requirements:&lt;br /&gt;- Typically 5-7 years experience in HPR Engineering (insurance experience preferred);&lt;br /&gt;- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;&lt;br /&gt;- In depth knowledge of HPR Engineering standards and methods of analyzing hazards;&lt;br /&gt;- Professional Engineer (PE, Fire Protection) designation desirable;&lt;br /&gt;- Must be proficient in the use of computers. Skill in the use of Lotus Notes databases, MS Excel and Word documents are also necessary; &lt;br /&gt;- Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferable;&lt;br /&gt;- Must have a valid driver's license. Company car will be provided; &lt;br /&gt;- Applicant must be physically fit to be able to climb ladders, inspect roofs, and travel in company car for extended lengths of time; and &lt;br /&gt;- Some overnight travel should be expected (up to 30%), no matter where the position resides.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class='indent'&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
